Tips & Tricks –

  • Low flame roasting: Always roast dry fruits on low heat to avoid burning.
  • Cool before adding chocolate: If the mixture is too hot, the chocolate may seize instead of melting smoothly.
  • Mawa substitute: If you don’t have mawa, use milk powder mixed with a spoon of milk or condensed milk.
  • Flavour twist: Add a drop of rose essence or cardamom powder for a divine aroma.
  • Gifting idea: Place each laddu in a mini cupcake liner and pack them in a decorative box — perfect for festive gifting!
