- Fresh curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Black peppercorns – ¼ tsp
Method
Step 1: Prep the Goodness
- Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut the amla and remove the seeds.
- Peel and slice the raw turmeric and ginger into small chunks for easy blending.
- Rinse and pluck the mint and curry leaves.
Step 2: Blend to Purity
- Add everything to a high-powered blender: chopped Amla Turmeric, Ginger, Mint leaves, Curry leaves, Black peppercorns, add ¼ cup water (just enough to help it blend smoothly).
- Blend until everything turns into a bright green, herbal elixir.
Step 3: Strain & Store
- Strain the blended juice using a fine sieve or muslin cloth.
- Press well to extract all the goodness.
- You’ll get a concentrated green shot full of nutrients and freshness. Pour into a small glass — and it’s ready!
Two Ways to Drink Your Amla Shot:
1. Fresh Shot (Morning Ritual):
- Pour 30–50 ml of the strained juice into a small shot glass.
- Drink it on an empty stomach every morning.
- Follow it with a glass of warm water, if needed. This will boost digestion, detox your liver, and improve skin and immunity.

2. Frozen Shots for the Week:
- Pour the juice into an ice cube tray and freeze.
- Every morning, drop one cube into a glass, add warm water, stir, and drink. This is a time-saving option for busy mornings — same benefits, no excuses!

Why This Amla Shot Works Wonders:
- Amla: High in Vitamin C, supports glowing skin, hair health, and strong immunity.
- Turmeric: Natural anti-inflammatory, protects the liver, purifies blood.
- Ginger: Boosts metabolism, eases digestion, relieves cold symptoms.
- Mint & Curry Leaves: Freshen breath, aid digestion, and add antioxidants.
- Black Pepper: Enhances the absorption of turmeric’s curcumin — the real hero compound!
