Tips & Tricks
- Spinach Prep: Wash spinach thoroughly to remove any grit, and squeeze out excess water before blending to avoid a soggy dough.
- Cheese Variations: Mozzarella gives a stretchy texture; cheddar adds a sharper flavor. Mix both for best results.
- Stuffing Quantity: Don’t be stingy – the paratha tastes best when generously stuffed.
- Rolling Technique: Roll gently to prevent tearing; you can always use more dry flour if the dough sticks.
- Serving Suggestion: Pair with plain yogurt, mint chutney, or mango pickle for a perfect meal.
