Tips & Tricks –
- Low flame roasting: Always roast dry fruits on low heat to avoid burning.
- Cool before adding chocolate: If the mixture is too hot, the chocolate may seize instead of melting smoothly.
- Mawa substitute: If you don’t have mawa, use milk powder mixed with a spoon of milk or condensed milk.
- Flavour twist: Add a drop of rose essence or cardamom powder for a divine aroma.
- Gifting idea: Place each laddu in a mini cupcake liner and pack them in a decorative box — perfect for festive gifting!
