Ingredients
- Banana – 2
- Oats – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Cocoa – 1 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Pumpkin & sunflower seeds – 2 tbsp
- Chocolate syrup – to garnish
- Pomegranate – to garnish
- Ghee / butter – as required
- Chocolate syrup (optional but recommended!)
- Pomegranate seeds or fresh fruits of your choice
- Honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Method
- Lets prepare pan cake batter, take a blender jar. Add ripe bananas – 2,oats – 1 cup, milk – 1 cup you can add any plant based milk or you can use water also.
- Next add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, a pinch of salt.
- Blend everything until you get a smooth batter. If the batter feels too thick, add a little water to adjust the consistency. It should be pourable – not too thick, not too runny.
- Now lets cook the pancakes. Heat a non stick pan or tawa on medium flame.
- Add little butter or ghee. Now pour ladleful of the batter onto the pan and lightly spread it into a circle.
- Next sprinkle pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds on top for that perfect crunchy bite.
- Let the pancake cook on one side until golden brown.
- Gently flip and cook the other side as well. When its cook well, transfer the pancakes to a plate.
- Repeat the process to make all your pancakes. The aroma itself will tempt you before you even taste them!
