Gluten free & NO Sugar Banana Oats Pancakes

Banana and oats – a simple yet powerful duo that brings both health and happiness to your plate! Today’s recipe is one that’s beloved by gym-goers and a sweet surprise for chocolate lovers. It’s a perfect balance of nutrition and taste – something you can whip up quickly for breakfast, post-workout recovery, or even a healthy dessert.

What makes this pancake special? It’s flourless, eggless, and naturally sweet – making it ideal for clean eating and satisfying those chocolate cravings without any guilt. With the goodness of oats, the natural sweetness of ripe bananas, and a touch of cocoa for that chocolatey magic, this pancake is a treat for both body and soul.

Ingredients

  • Banana – 2
  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Cocoa – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Pumpkin & sunflower seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate syrup – to garnish
  • Pomegranate – to garnish
  • Ghee / butter – as required
  • Chocolate syrup (optional but recommended!)
  • Pomegranate seeds or fresh fruits of your choice
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Method

  1. Lets prepare pan cake batter, take a blender jar. Add ripe bananas – 2,oats – 1 cup, milk – 1 cup you can add any plant based milk or you can use water also. 
  2. Next add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, a pinch of salt. 
  3. Blend everything until you get a smooth batter. If the batter feels too thick, add a little water to adjust the consistency. It should be pourable – not too thick, not too runny.
  4. Now lets cook the pancakes. Heat a non stick pan or tawa on medium flame. 
  5. Add little butter or ghee. Now pour ladleful of the batter onto the pan and lightly spread it into a circle.
  6. Next sprinkle pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds on top for that perfect crunchy bite.
  7. Let the pancake cook on one side until golden brown.
  8. Gently flip and cook the other side as well. When its cook well, transfer the pancakes to a plate.
  9. Repeat the process to make all your pancakes. The aroma itself will tempt you before you even taste them!
  10. Finally, drizzle a little chocolate syrup on top. If you want to elevate the flavor, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup makes
    it even more delightful – especially for kids or anyone with a sweet tooth.
  11. Garnish with pomegranate seeds or your favorite seasonal fruits.
