Ingredients
For the Smoothie Base
- Frozen chopped red dragon fruit – 1 cup
- Frozen chopped mango – ⅓ cup
- Frozen banana slices – ¼ cup
- Puffed amaranth (rajgira) – ½ cup
- Almond milk or any plant-based milk – ½ cup
- Peanut butter – 1 tsp
To Garnish (your choice)
- Chopped white & red dragon fruit
- Banana slices
- Mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, etc.)
- Soaked chia seeds
- Chopped almonds
- Black plum (kala jamun) pieces
- Extra peanut butter
Method
Step 1 – Blend the Smoothie Base
- In a blender jar, add 1 cup frozen red dragon fruit.
- Add frozen mango, frozen banana, and ½ cup puffed amaranth.
- Pour in ½ cup almond milk or your preferred dairy-free milk.
- Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter for creaminess and flavor.
- Blend everything until smooth, thick, and creamy. No need to add honey or sweeteners — the fruits are sweet enough on their own!
