- Apple: 1 (peeled and grated)
- Milk: 500 ml (chilled)
- Soaked Basil Seeds (Sabja): ¼ cup
- Rock Sugar: ⅓ cup
- Water: 1 cup
- Yellow Food Coloring: A few drops (optional)
- Butterscotch Essence: ¼ tsp
- Ice Cubes: ½ cup

- In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of water and ⅓ cup of rock sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
