Ingredients
  

Tender Coconut Ice Cream

  • cups tender coconut meat chopped
  • ½ cup chilled tender coconut water
  • 1 cup chilled fresh cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped tender coconut

Mango Ice Cream

  • cups chilled ripe mango pieces
  • 1 cup chilled fresh cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped mango

Watermelon Ice Cream

  • cups chilled seedless watermelon pieces
  • 1 cup chilled fresh cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped watermelon

Masala Guava Ice Cream

  • 1 cup ripe guava pieces deseeded
  • 1 cup chilled fresh cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped guava
  • tsp red chili powder
  • tsp black salt

Kiwi Ice Cream

  • 3 ripe kiwis peeled
  • 1 cup chilled fresh cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped kiwi
  • 1 tiny drop green food coloring optional

Chikoo (Sapota) Ice Cream

  • 2 cups chilled chikoo pieces
  • 1 cup chilled fresh cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped chikoo

Instructions
 

Tender Coconut Ice Cream

  • Blend tender coconut meat and coconut water until smooth.
  • Add chilled cream and condensed milk. Blend until creamy.
  • Fold in chopped tender coconut.
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for 6–8 hours.

Mango Ice Cream

  • Blend mango pieces until smooth.
  • Add chilled cream and condensed milk. Blend until creamy.
  • Fold in chopped mango.
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6–8 hours.

Watermelon Ice Cream

  • Blend chilled watermelon until smooth.
  • Add chilled cream and condensed milk. Blend until creamy.
  • Fold in chopped watermelon.
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6–8 hours.

Guava Ice Cream

  • Blend deseeded guava until smooth.
  • Add chilled cream and condensed milk. Blend until creamy.
  • Mix chopped guava with red chili powder and black salt.
  • Fold the guava mixture into the ice cream base.
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6–8 hours.

Kiwi Ice Cream

  • Blend peeled kiwi until smooth.
  • Add chilled cream and condensed milk. Blend until creamy.
  • Fold in chopped kiwi.
  • Add a tiny drop of green food coloring, if desired.
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6–8 hours.

Chikoo (Sapota) Ice Cream

  • Blend chilled chikoo until completely smooth.
  • Add chilled cream and condensed milk. Blend for 20–30 seconds until creamy.
  • Fold in chopped chikoo.
  • Transfer to a freezer safe container, cover, and freeze for 6–8 hours.

Notes

  • Use ripe, naturally sweet fruit for the best flavor.
  • Keep the fruit and cream chilled before blending.
  • Press parchment paper directly onto the surface of the ice cream before covering.
  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes before scooping.
  • Store in an airtight, freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Watermelon contains a lot of water, so don't add any extra liquid.
  • The green food coloring in the kiwi version is completely optional.
  • Adjust the chili powder and black salt in the guava version according to taste.
