  • 1/2 tsp Ghee
  • 1 1/2 tsp Organic jaggery powder

Instructions

Step 1 - Roast the Peanuts

  • Heat a heavy-bottom pan over medium heat.

Step 2 - Remove the Peanut Skins

  • Rub the roasted peanuts between your palms or inside a clean kitchen towel to loosen the skins.

  • Continue grinding until the natural oils are released and the mixture turns into a smooth, creamy paste.
  • For crunchy peanut butter, stop grinding slightly earlier.

Step 4 - Add Ghee and Jaggery

  • Add Ghee and Jaggery
  • Grind again for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well combined and smooth.

Step 5- Store

  • Transfer the peanut butter to a clean, dry airtight glass jar.
