- 2 cup Peanuts
- 1/2 tsp Ghee
- 1 1/2 tsp Organic jaggery powder
Step 1 - Roast the Peanuts
Heat a heavy-bottom pan over medium heat.
Add the peanuts and roast them, stirring continuously until they become aromatic and lightly golden. You can also roast them in a preheated oven.
Allow the peanuts to cool slightly.
Step 2 - Remove the Peanut Skins
Step 3 - Grind the Peanuts
Transfer the roasted peanuts to a mixer grinder or food processor.
Grind until the peanuts become coarse.
Continue grinding until the natural oils are released and the mixture turns into a smooth, creamy paste.
For crunchy peanut butter, stop grinding slightly earlier.
Step 4 - Add Ghee and Jaggery

Allow it to cool completely before sealing the jar.
