  • Garden cress seeds / Aliv (dry roasted) – 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds (dry roasted) – 2 tbsp
  • Dried Indian gooseberry (Amla) – 2 tbsp
  • Dried rose petals – 2 tbsp
  • Dried mint leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Moringa powder – 2 tbsp
  • Mulethi (Licorice) powder – 2 tbsp

For the Collagen Drink:

  • Collagen powder – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp (or to taste)
  • Water – 1 cup (warm)

Method

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
