Ingredients
- Aamla – 2
- Cucumber – ½
- Mint leaves – 12
- Ginger – small piece
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Chia seeds – 1.5 tbsp

Method
- Firstly, in a small bowl, soak 1.5 tbsp chia seeds in a few tablespoons of water. Let them sit for 15–20 minutes until they swell up.
- Now take a blender, add chopped amla, cucumber, mint leaves, ginger, curry leaves, lemon juice and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the juice through a sieve or muslin cloth.
- Add 1 tsp soaked chia seeds to the strained juice. Stir it well.
