Ingredients

  • Aamla – 2
  • Cucumber – ½
  • Mint leaves – 12
  • Ginger – small piece
  • Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • Chia seeds – 1.5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Water – 1 cup

Method

  1. Firstly, in a small bowl, soak 1.5 tbsp chia seeds in a few tablespoons of water. Let them sit for 15–20 minutes until they swell up.
  2. Now take a blender, add chopped amla, cucumber, mint leaves, ginger, curry leaves, lemon juice and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  3. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the juice through a sieve or muslin cloth.
  4. Add 1 tsp soaked chia seeds to the strained juice. Stir it well. 
  5. Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
  6. Best Time to Drink:
    Early morning on an empty stomach for maximum absorption and benefit.
