- 2 cups peanuts
- ½ teaspoon ghee
- 1½ teaspoons organic jaggery powder
Method
Step 1: Roast the Peanuts
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the peanuts.
- Roast them while stirring continuously until they become aromatic and lightly golden.
- Alternatively, you can roast them in a preheated oven.
- Allow the peanuts to cool slightly.

Step 2: Remove the Skins
- Rub the roasted peanuts between your palms or inside a clean kitchen towel to loosen the skins.
- Remove as much of the skin as possible.

Step 3: Grind the Peanuts
- Transfer the roasted peanuts to a mixer grinder or food processor.
- Grind until they become coarse.
- Continue grinding until the natural oils released from the peanuts turn the mixture into a creamy paste.
- You can stop earlier for crunchy peanut butter or continue grinding for a smooth texture.

Step 4: Add Flavor
- Add ½ teaspoon ghee, 1½ teaspoons organic jaggery powder..
- Grind again for another 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Your homemade peanut butter is now ready.
