Tips for Making Fruit Panipuri
- Use Fresh Fruits: Choose ripe and juicy mangoes and sweet pineapple for the best flavor. Avoid canned versions to keep it fresh and healthy.
- Adjust the Spice: Like it spicier? Add more green chilies or a pinch of black pepper to the pani. Prefer it mild? Reduce the chili and let the fruit flavors shine.
- Chill the Water: Always serve the flavored water cold. Add a few ice cubes before serving for that refreshing street-style feel.
- Don’t Skip the Grapes: Chopped grapes in the pani add bursts of natural sweetness — a must-try element!
- Make It Ahead: You can prepare the pani a few hours in advance and keep it chilled. Just add the boondi before serving so it stays crunchy.
- Try Homemade Puris: While store-bought puris are convenient, homemade ones are crispier and more flavorful. You can find the recipe link in the description section of your blog.
- Balance is Key: Taste the pani before serving and adjust salt, spice, and tanginess to your liking. Everyone’s palate is different, so make it your own.
