ToggleSadhguru's Pranic Protein energy drink
If you are looking for a simple homemade drink that is creamy, naturally sweet, filling, and completely dairy-free, this Peanut Banana Protein Smoothie is worth trying.
This recipe is inspired by a traditional pranic protein smoothie, but I have given it my own simple twist using ingredients that are easily available in our kitchen. Instead of expensive protein powders or ingredients like almond milk, this smoothie gets its creamy texture and protein from soaked peanuts.
Peanuts are an affordable source of plant-based protein, while banana adds natural sweetness and a creamy texture. Fresh coconut, dates, cardamom, and a little honey make this smoothie delicious enough to enjoy as a morning breakfast or a satisfying post-workout drink.
The best part is that you don’t need milk or any packaged protein powder to make it. Just soak the peanuts, blend everything together, and your nourishing smoothie is ready!
So, if you’re looking for an easy dairy-free protein smoothie made with simple ingredients, let’s make it together.
